Credits are lost after 6 months even though they say it is valid for 12 months.
Update: The funds where booked back and are now usable again. This was still a frustrating experience, because when I added the new card the website told me the funds will be transferred but the customer support and even the reply here are telling me basically some excuse of why the funds are lost.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experiences with us. We understand your frustration regarding the situation and want to assure you that the satisfaction of our users is very important to us.
It seems there is a misunderstanding regarding the validity of the credits. Until the end of 2024, the rule was: Credits ordered by your employer before September 1st of a year are valid until the end of that same year. Credits ordered after September 1st are valid until the end of the following year. To avoid future misunderstandings, we have decided to change the validity of credits to 12 months from the order date starting in 2025.
You can check the validity of your credits at any time in the app. We would like to invite you to contact us directly at nutzer-at@edenred.com. We would be happy to work together to find a solution for your expired credits.
