I got an absolute bargain price, the product went out of stock, the prices then shot up to match the market, but they still got me the item for the original price rather than cancelling the order. That's integrity - I'm impressed.

Cheapest price online I could find and even with a high delivery cost it was still cheaper than competitors. Communication could be better, the item was delivered and I didn’t get any confirmation of pending delivery and spotted the item behind my bin. That said it was a two day delivery as promised.

I have done two purchases with Ecprof, both times excellent customer service and the delivery super fast! Will keep buying from them.

If ECProf don't know if an item is in stock, they should not confirm orders and take a customer's money. Other reviews here show this is not an isolated incident.

Clearly, effort goes into taking your money and keeping it rather than checking on an order's stock levels or its delivery.

I ordered an item shown on their website as in stock. ECProf took the money from my account immediately the order was confirmed (they state this is their standard practice).

Their site continued to show the item in stock for some days after my order was confirmed. However, after waiting 16 days (shipping was stated as up to 12 days) with no information I contacted them. By this time, their website no longer showed the page for the item.

After telling me they hadn't shipped the item, it took them another 2 days to tell me they did not have this item and refund my money. In total, my money was in their account for 20 days for an order they were unable to fulfil and were not tracking.

On a positive note, the customer service staff are friendly and polite. They write clear emails and I have dealt with the same group of people throughout.

Easy ordering process - swift delivery - would use again

ordered a ASROCK motherboard. my original supplier was nil stock and my browser plugin found this site to which I purchased as it was nearly £100 cheaper !
Next day delivered . Could not be happier

I came across this AEG air conditioner on their website and thinking it's a misprice, I went ahead and ordered it. Despite my amazement they confirmed my order and clearly explained the appliance is a European version and I can not change my mind as it's delivered from overseas. I agreed and within the promised period, the item was delivered. If you are after a bargain price, but happy to wait longer and don't mind a non-UK version, they are for you!

Amazing the item was delivery just next a day after ordering, also I was surprised that the package was so good to protect my item packing box, I could surely that my item was brand new and had never been opened. Easy to identify product, good price and super rapid delivery

Reasonable delivery and good competitive prices on items I ordered, I would like to have VAT and postage costs made clearer.

Great customer service. Always got a quick answer when I enquired by phone and email. They are waiting to serve you unlike other businesses who run away from seeing suctomers. Product is great and delivered on time.
PS: The only thing that got me worried was that the email confirmation of my order came late but they confirmed when I enquired and I was assured that it was being processed.

Have no problems with supplier the let down was the the courrier stated they were going to deliver the next day but didn't, then got another text the next day saying same but did deliver that time. thats why only given 4 stars as stated stars are for supplier.

The unit arrived just within the delivery date quoted.
There were no set up instructions in the plain box packaging
The power adapter was European. Not uk.
The price was competitive

All good here, they look after one's order so well and keep one in touch with how it is getting on. Only small thing which maybe not ECPROF fault, cost of delivery very high!

Sent a message saying i would have to pay more for a UK plugged (!) item. I replied saying I would need a UK plugged one and how much would it cost. They sent 3 of the 4 items I ordered but not UK plugged, I tried to ask about the items and they just sent me proof that the orders had been delivered. I can only think that the people working for the company are actually stupid

We have been collaborating with ECPROF for the past 3-4 months, and they consistently deliver excellent service. Fiona, in particular, has been extremely cooperative and provides support throughout the entire order process until its successful delivery.

Order shipped and delivered very quickly, with great after sales care to make sure orders arrived okay.
