Mistakes happen, it’s about how they are handled!

I ordered a laptop bag via refurbed. It arrived quickly and the design is sleek, and it seems to be a high quality product.
Sadly, my shoulder strap was missing.
Within 12 hours of having written an e-mail about the missing strap, they shipped one to my address. The interaction was quick, friendly and didn’t cause the headache many other companies might if asked to send something „for free“.

Overall, both the service and the product were satisfying and worth my money.
