However, there was no one in the car park and there isn’t much light there. That’s why I was worried that, when I returned the car, I would be charged for damage that I hadn’t caused.

The car was spotless, exactly as expected, and almost brand new. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Gianni, who helped us tremendously. He spoke excellent English, was very friendly and professional, and had everything arranged in no time.
It was also very convenient that I could use my American Express card without any issues.
Overall, a smooth and very pleasant rental experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Ecovia Palermo Airport and would happily rent from them again.

Good overall experience…
Good overall experience and no major issues. However, the insurance and optional add-ons felt expensive, and all communication was in Italian despite an international customer base. Offering communication in English would make the experience much better. Otherwise, the service was good and the rental process went smoothly.
