James was great. He was on time, listened to what we wanted, found a solution to a mare of a gas pipe problem, worked all day till late without break or complaint and with grace and humour. Pipe work was neat and he tidied after himself. Will definitely recommend James and would use him again.
I couldn't recommend James at Ecotherm Heating highly enough. He installed our new Worcester Bosch combi boiler, flue and Hive thermostat all within one day. He is a friendly, very likeable and knowledgeable guy. He answered any questions I had, grafted extremely hard and worked continuously to get the job done. We’ve just had our boiler serviced and some pipe repair work carried out by Ecotherm Heating, and once again, we’re extremely impressed. James, the engineer, originally fitted our boiler last year, and the quality of his work and professionalism made such a lasting impression that we didn’t even consider going to anyone else.
As expected, the service this time was just as excellent. James arrived promptly, was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The boiler service was thorough, and the pipe repairs were completed quickly and to a very high standard. He left everything tidy and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving.
