I hade a problem with ups delivery and when I contacted them they were quick to respond and friendly!

I had a very bad experience with ECO Supplements. I placed an order over 15 days ago and still have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking number.

I sent them an email over 4 days ago and never got a reply. There has been zero communication from their side.

At this point, I feel scammed and will be opening a dispute with my payment provider if I don’t hear from them very soon.

Very disappointed with their customer service. I do not recommend ordering from them unless they improve their communication and reliability

I had an amazing experience with EcoSupplements! I needed my order to arrive earlier as I was traveling to my home country and bringing the supplements for my mom. I contacted their customer service, and they were incredibly helpful and kind. They immediately responded and arranged delivery through UPS without any extra charges. Thanks to their excellent service, I received the package in time for my trip. I’m very happy with their customer care and highly recommend them!

It seems to be operational, but paid shipments do not move any

My first time ordering from them but it’ll be the last time never again I ordered on the 8th December still nothing I wrote then en email they do not even respond back ,very bad I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

Good priceses for melatonin

Orderd a product. Nothing happend during the next week except an announcement that your order is in process. When I dear to guestion their delivery times they just cacelled my order with no explanation. I even sent an enquiry asking why they cancelled it but no answer. So pretty superficial are the company’s values ”the company was created with goal of making a positive impact on both people and the planet.” and ”The team at Eco Supplements is dedicated to providing their customers with the information they need”

Experience in working with this company was a pleasure. The store has a wide variety of needed supplements and prices are pretty comfortable.
I made a mistake in the shipping address, and I solved this problem through support email without any issues, they answered me in 1 day and changed the address. The time for delivery in Finland is approximately one week.
Definitely, a good company which you can trust.
