I do like the prices
I do like the prices, but sometimes I can find products cheaper through the actual websites, so I usually only order with special discounts. This last time it was a 30% off which made the price reasonable. The search engine can be a little cumbersome, sometime when you hover over a title line, the products below disappear. Very impressed it shipped within 24 hours when I ordered on a weekend!

Poor customer service
I ordered 4 items of expensive skin care. My credit card got charged immediately but after 10 days I still did not have a tracking number. I went to their online chat and spoke to a representative asked about my order because it had not been processed yet after 10 days and they told me that two of the items were on backorder and they never told me about that. I asked if they could still send the other two items and they said no since it was processed as one order they had to wait until the entire order could be fulfilled. I canceled my order and will never order from this company again. They should’ve at least communicated my order status in the delay to me without me having to contact them first.
