We want to clarify that the EcoScent Puck machine operates under 46 dBA, considered a quiet noise level. However, we understand that noise perception can vary, and we apologise if it has been disruptive.
Regarding battery life, the machine provides up to 56 hours of operation on the Lowest mode, 15 hours on the Strongest mode, and 24 hours on Moderate mode.

What a fabulous diffuser!
What a fabulous diffuser! It makes such a nice change to have a classy, modern piece of kit to fragrance the home. It arrived speedily and was beautifully boxed and packaged. Within the kit was Oud fragrance which is a firm favourite. We're still enjoying the Oud but look forward to trying others in due course. In the meantime, it's wonderful opening the front door to an inviting fragrance.

Incredible products - would highly recommend!
This is the second time we have used EcoScent, and we would highly recommend them! The team are extremely efficient and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire experience. They took the time to go through the designs to ensure they were aligned with our brand, made sure we were happy with the final version, and then produced them without delay.
We ordered candles the first time and room sprays the second time.

Love the diffuser but not the scents
Love the product but find the scents very soapy and artificial smelling. That is a real pity as they are expensive and I purchased 2 when I ordered. Fortunately, a good quality oil can be used instead.

Expensive for a consumer.
Bought as a consumer (not a business) as a gift so bought diffuser and scent which came to €166 😳😳😳 plus postage €42 to Republic of Ireland. So I got it delivered to a friend in Northern Ireland at a cost of €20 - still very expensive. Remains to be seen how long the product lasts. It would need to last a long time to justify that expense.

What a fabulous gadget - highly recommend
What a fabulous gadget. Absolutely love it and the fragrance is gorgeous. I can't wait to try the others. I bought the Puck and despite its compactness it certainly still delivers a big punch as the fragrance is dispersed much further than I thought it would.
