Great natural chews
My first time buying from Eco Pet Parcel. I ordered 3 different types of natural chews for my ‘hard chewers’. They are enjoying them all, not much left of the large antler! The parcel arrived quickly and came with a card with their names on - a lovely personal touch. I will be buying again from this great small business.

Lovely small business. Royal Mail lost my parcel and they sent another one asap. They sell a nice range of eco pet toys which are my dogs’ favourite kind. Will definitely order again in the future.

I love the tenner Tuesday box
I love the tenner Tuesday box. Plenty of variety for my dog. He enjoys choosing a different treat everyday. I feel they are healthy for him and good value for me. I will be buying more.

Disappointed that an 8cm x 1cm splinter…
Disappointed that an 8cm x 1cm splinter came off the chew root in less than 5 mins of use by my puppy. Luckily I was there to stop her from swallowing this. I have purchased a chew root before and it’s still in great condition but just very disappointed with this one. Rest of the items purchased were fine.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the issue with the chewroot, and I hope Tiggy is okay. This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and we take your feedback seriously. We’ve never encountered this before with the chewroots, so we want to make sure we address the issue properly.
Could you please give us a call at 07932 305798 at your earliest convenience? If possible, we’d appreciate it if you could send us a photo of the chew so we can forward it to Green and Wilds (the manufacturer) for investigation.
