Hi Suzanne, Thank you for the review and apologies for the delay in shipping. We use Royal mail (on small parcels and large letters) and looks like they didnt card You and its ended up at the depot. The site autocatically calculates the postage for us however we can be flexible if your do struggle with royal mail or need something faster dpd could be the option.
