From start to finish the whole process was made easy, Ian the delivery driver was friendly , informative and professional, keeping in contact from start to finish. Would highly recommend and if all deliveries are as smooth as mine was with Ian then there should be no complaints.

Very happy with the delivery of my lovely new Renault 5 by Martin Jacques. He was extremely helpful and patient, and spent time going through everything with me, as it is my first experience of an EV. Would highly recommend.

After being let down by the dealer initially, Ian Roberts stepped in to make sure our car got delivered. He gave clear communication throughout, had the car to us clean and early in the morning and spent time taking us through it all. It was lovely to meet him and was happy to have had his service.

Kev Slater was the attendant to collect my vehicle was absolutely amazing. It’s a simplistic process and Kev called the day before explaining the process ahead of collection.
Kev was friendly and very helpful along the process and I highly recommend.

Joel Wafula delivered my Kia, it was an early handover, despite this he was bright, engaged, thorough, professional and most importantly patient. Tech really isnt my thing, yet he took the time and care to ensure all my questions were answered, Joel set up my phone & Android Auto, set my radio preferences, went through the Kia Connect App features and pretty much every feature of the car. He certainly made me comfortable to be able find what I needed. Joel was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to Ecomotive. Thank you

Driver Keith Shale was very professional and friendly. Helpful advice on handover, arrived on time with plenty of notice!

I had a delivery of a new vehicle and mine was exchanged. Keith Shale kept me in contact with his progress to my house, turned up on time at 7am (I had requested an early start so I could get to work). Keith was very courteous and professional doing all the required checks and paperwork. I was very happy with the service.

Very good experience with Paul, who made the whole delivery of our new car very seamless. Good communication and arrived bang on time. Also very happy he took his time to go over the basics of the car with me and made me feel comfortable in it before leaving. Will use everytime if I had an option!
