Counterfeit Products, Account Suspensions, and Zero Accountability2 permanently deactivated shops
After more than a year of working with Ecom Kinetic to manage my Walmart store, I invested over $14,000 in inventory and only received about $5,000 in payouts over the entire year. Shortly after, my Walmart account was suddenly terminated for “counterfeit products” with no right to appeal.
Following this, Ecom Kinetic claimed they could help me recover by offering a “high-quality” product, assuring me they had all the proper documentation to prove its authenticity. Based on their recommendation, I invested another $7,000 in inventory, which sold quickly on eBay. However, every single item was returned by customers as counterfeit, and my eBay account was also permanently suspended.
To be clear: the client pays Ecom Kinetic, and they are the ones who select, source, and purchase the products. These are not investor decisions—they are entirely controlled and recommended by Ecom Kinetic. That makes them fully responsible for what happened.
The individual I dealt with, “Alex Romero,” presents himself with a Hispanic name, but the operation is actually based in Pakistan, operating under a U.S. LLC. After these incidents, they disappeared and stopped responding.
They are currently under investigation by the FTC.
The positive reviews you see online are fake, just like their operation and the so-called “distributor” they use, which appears to be the same for multiple clients.
I wish I could say more, but the financial and operational damage speaks for itself.
