Zero Integrity/Liars/Non Customer Service Paint Store

I'm not one to give a bad review but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth & other potential customers must be warned.
Ecolour's customer service is non-existent.
My daughter is till waiting on the rest of her refund for faulty paint. Initially promised by the owner that the refund would be paid after arranging a courier to pick up the left-over paint. (Two 'Antique White' orders delivered faulty - first was too white, second was too yellow). This company ignores emails (well actually, emails seem to be undeliverable as I have discovered today!). Prior to that, calls went unanswered. I even tried contacting the owner 'Dr' Nathan Moulds via his LinkedIn page of which only part of my daughter's refund was paid after he clearly read the message, but failed to respond. This whole process has been ongoing for over 10 months now! My next step is to report the company to ASIC. How the owner and his employees can sleep at night is beyond me. Do the right thing Nathan and refund the balance of $70 owing to my daughter's account now.
