good deal for the price

The hotel is located on a calm place, not far (20 km) from the Marsa Alam airport (800 EGP for taxi, pre-booking other type of transfer cheaper). Beach wonderful for snorkling. Most of the stuff is very friendly, food was great, drinks not so much (very small). Rooms very old and worn out, but clean.

Very noisy and "OK" customer care

Very noisy, you can literally hear all doors slams (not coming from hotel hosts, but rather the hotel employees). Breakfast simply is not good enough, definitely not worth paying. I had to leave before breakfast time, which is 7:00... I had a taxi at 6:15, no refund on breakfast nor a "take away" option was given. It is a pity, because the hotel is really nicely decorated and very well interiorly designed.

OK hotel

For some reason, they would only give us one key card. This made it awkward for us as my husband and I would be out at different times.

Do not use Eco hotels

Do not use Eco hotels. I booked a hotel in Tulum Mexico, and when I went to the hotel, it was shut down. They still haven’t replied back to my emails and I still have not received a refund. This is a shady company, and I would not use them at all.

Avoid this company. Worst ever booking.

Worst ever booking. Really nightmare! I booked hotel In Pudong close to Shanghai airport. I asked by email about shuttle bus to hotel. I told that my plane will arrive late in evening. Ecohotels told that I will get all the information on airport transport information desk. I flew from Hong Kong. I got out of immigration bit before 12pm. All the information desks were closed. All the currency exchanges were closed, too. Nobody speaking any english. I didn't had any chinese money and no information about shuttlebus. Then I understood that Ecohotels haven't even send hotel's chinese name, either it's address or phone number. I worked over hour to find any way to find my hotel. I was already quite sure I need stay whole night at airport. Just with good luck I found one security guard. He didn't spoke any english but had translation app in his phone. He worked at least 15 minutes, and at the end he found my shuttle bus.

Wonderful Booking

i am very glad that i have booked the room through you.
The counter staff has been very helpful and mentioned that since i have booked through ecohotels.com, the check out time is automatically extended from 12pm to 4pm. So wonderful.
I have faced any problem from check in, stay in and check out.
I will certainly try booking through you when i travel again.

Cheap hotels and tree planting!!

I had a wonderful experience using this platform!! Found a hotel room in Malaga cheaper than on any other and we got to plant a tree and support a eco empower project!!

Room next to elevator noise

The room itself was okay but it was placed right next to the elevator and the noise was inacceptable.
The hotel should have informed in advance about the noise - it must be known to the hotel management that the room is unsuitable for guests.

Great in spite of outside look

The outside of the hotel was not attractive, however the hotel is great. Very nice room; great mattress; good price; Fantastic brkfst buffet. Definitely will go back there and I recommend this hotel

Thanks for your great website.. but I have important notes about the Reef Boutique Hotel

Thanks for your great website (EcoHotels.com) for the great deals and best prices.
My experience at reef boutique hotel at Bahrain was very bad because of the reception manager and reception employees, they are not cooperating nicely and they are not polite with the customer and they are lying and they don’t care about the customer service.
The Hotel itself is nice place specially for the family and well organized, but unfortunately the reception employees are not up to it Specially manager Tareq and Asmma and the third one I forget her name..
So I hope the management of the hotel takes a decision to change this employees immediately.

I booked a hotel with them and the…

I booked a hotel with them and the money was taken from my credit card. I never received a confirmation from them. I sent them two emails for cancellation and I have never received a reply from them. No phone call for customer service neither.
At the end a nice customer service called me and it seems I never received the email from them (spam folder but I did receive the promotion emails from them). I got the refund. Thanks alot.

Bridal suit at Gullsmeden…

Customer service was poor, the room where freezing when we arrived.
Cobwebs and mold in the shower.
Too short curtains, they didn’t cover the entire window.
Will not recommend it to anyone, but especially not wedding night.

Chilled, relaxed atmosphere and fantastic spa facilities

Super friendly staff, lovely rooms, fantastic outdoor heated pool and sauna and steam! Such a lovely chilled vibe to the hotel. Little touches made it extra great. Free lemon water and tea / coffee. Reusable bag in the room for carrying bits and bobs. A Marshall speaker in the room too! Lovely toiletries, body oils, and kimono robes made it feel a spa experience. Breakfast was amazing but a little pricey. Will definitely be returning as our go-to spot in Copenhagen!

We had a good and pleasant stay for 4…

We had a good and pleasant stay for 4 nights. Friendly staff. We want to make two comments:
1. The room is a bit over furnished for the size of the room (311). Especially the 2 chairs and 2 side tables. One of each would be enough.
2. When cleaning look up too. On top of the bathroom tiles is dust and dirt.
