My new ordered item is not working! Customer Support did not react since six working days. That is unacceptable and does not look like customer satisfaction is important for us. I really would appreciate, if I get a reaction and of course I really would appreciate it to use my ordered device.

You take so long to reply that the situation has resolved before you get round to answering. I have a problem ongoing to return the same battery outlined when I received it on 16 04 26 as it is incompatible with the delta 3 max plus. The connecting cable does not match. This was shown as a match for the purchased hub. My request to return was made immediately on 16/04/26. All I have had is automated replies and no action. Perhaps I should contact PayPal to take up my case as you as a company are not complying with your statutory responsibilities.
Ecoflow good, DPD bad.
Ecoflow - no problems, great service & customer support and help.
However DPD delivery - they guys don't care where they drop the parcels off! No check of the address or person whom the parcel is addressed to. If they have a delivery in the same area, they just deliver the lot to there. Luckily the people who received my parcel knew me & where it should have been delivered. Don't know what pressure these guys are under to make deliveries & timescales but they need to allow time to make the delivery to the correct person.

The website provides too little technical information about the products. The phone hotline lacks technical expertise and refers customers to technical support via email. My inquiry there has still not been answered despite a reminder (after more than four weeks).

I really need to understand how this works as the panel keeps going off at the front and I cannot see what's going on with it. My 5th product by Ecoflow, D3 Classic which has outlet sockets and operating switches at the one end and is perfect for the purpose it was purchased for. Working as it should but more quiet than the D2’s which is a bonus to some people maybe?

Had I gave known this I would have ordered an alternative comparable smart meter.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a power station from Ecoflow.de. The tracking information says the item has been delivered, but I haven’t received anything. I filed a report with the police. Ecoflow asked me to fill out a form, and I did everything exactly as requested.
After that, Ecoflow stopped responding to my emails. They rarely answer calls, and sometimes I call them for 30 minutes and they don’t pick up. They told me they would issue a refund, but then said they would give me a definitive answer next week. I called the following week and they said I had to wait, and they keep postponing their response like this.

Appalling product support
I purchased an ecoflow stream ultra with high hopes and expectations. Unfortunately the unit arrived defective and will not charge. I emailed support three times and have called three times. No help offered all I am told is someone will email me. Nothing ever received unfortunately. Such a shame support lets what appears to be a good product down.
Bought for backup at home in case of power cuts.
I haven’t had my ‘EcoFlow Delta 2 Max Portable Power Station’ long, so my review is limited at this time. When I charged it up to 100% I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is. After 1 week the battery was still at 100% and I tested it by charging my mobile phone, which only used 1%. I didn’t buy the power station for a camper van, but as backup for home use should there be power cuts in the future. A summary of items that can and cannot be used in a small leaflet form would have been handy, but there is a downloadable pdf online for people who don’t want to download the app.
