Living in a Park Home I found it difficult to find anyone that could replace an electric fire that had never worked properly since we moved in.
Made contact with Eco fires and visited the showroom.
Still not certain in how the fire was fitted in our home, I spoke with Peter Hollier in the shop and he could not be more helpful and within a fortnight reviewed the exisitng fire in our home and worked out the fire we like could be fitted along with a new fireplace surround. Within four weeks the fires was in and fitted and we are very pleased with the person who installed it and the overall results.

My experience as follows called enquired about getting a modern eco wood burner sent photos and details existing fireplace address absolutely nothing back I was told it would depend on the surveyor if he wanted to do a quote or not? Is it me or do companies like this can’t be bothered with customers these days obviously don’t need the business!

Perfect, efficient, polite, courteous and very proud of their products. Fitted on time to the highest standard.
