Great Eco-Friendly Option with Just a Small Detail to Improve
I recently used their reusable cup rental service for my brother’s 30th birthday, and overall it was a really smooth and eco-friendly solution. The ordering and delivery were easy, the quality of the cups was solid, and everything arrived on time. The only minor issue was that a few prints weren’t perfectly centered—nothing dramatic, just a small detail to refine. Still, I’m happy with the service and would gladly use them again for future celebrations!

No cups, no refund, no communication
We were planning on using the cups for an event. Up until delivery date we didn't receive a shipping confirmation or anything so we reached out. They were quick to confirm that they had shipping problems and the cups were not shipped. Unfortunate that we had to reach out first of all to get this message.
Getting the refund is another issue. We've been waiting over a month now for someone to e-transfer the refund. You call and it goes to voicemail but calls won't be returned. Maybe every third email gets addressed assuring that the person who is allegedly on vacation will deal with it soon.
Overall just disappointing and I can't imagine how difficult it is for bigger events.
