Prompt Service and Satisfying Pods
EcoCaffe service was prompt and we enjoyed all but one of the sample coffee pods we received. We have since re-ordered those pods we liked very much including Dingo Bold, Intense and Columbia.

The delivery has been delayed
The delivery has been delayed. Aust post states it now due on 25/8.
It left Brisbane on the 12/8. It was expected on the 17/8.

Thank you for letting us know, and we would like to apologise for the delay and inconvenience. I can see that your order was finally delivered on the 23rd. Due to the NSW government-enforced lockdown and restrictions to employee movement, including quarantine, our Sydney warehouse has been experiencing delays in the fulfilment of your orders. Australia Post has also been struggling with the volume and even had to pause all pickups for several days. Thanks also for supporting a small Australian business over all these years!

Perfect!
Bought 'Ethical Series, Dingo Republic Australia' decaf pods. First time I have found decaf Nespresso compatible coffee pods that tick all the boxes in one: Fair Trade; water-filtered to decaffeinate (i.e. not chemicals); biodegradable/composable pods;and organic! Amazing! And whats more - tastes good too! Well done.
