Appalling.
Raised a complaint regarding RC negligence. Complaint opened. 4 - 5 months of communication - referencing other similar cases with the same RC. Clear evidence of alleged fraud. Even a house visit.
The outcome? Refusal to provide technical details, give straight answers to questions, or even confirm room measurements taken. Denial of accountability and remit - even for the initial complaint.
A complete a total waste of my time. And what appears to be an appalling cover-up / obfuscation at the expense of consumers left without heat under the ECO4 scheme.
