Warehouse Football

The courier clearly decided to play warehouse football with part of my last order, resulting in some damage.

I brought this to Ecigone’s attention and, to be fair, I specifically asked them NOT to refund or replace the damaged items. They even offered me a discount on my next order, which I also declined.

Then, completely unexpectedly, the very next day a box containing 10 IVG products turned up in the post.

Now THAT is customer service.

I wasn’t expecting anything, I hadn’t asked for a replacement, and I’d already declined their offer of a discount. Ecigone simply went above and beyond to put things right.

Massive respect to the team at Ecigone. This is how you look after your customers and build loyalty.

Having looked into the tracking, your parcel was dispatched on Saturday and a delivery was attempted on Sunday 27th September at 15:37, but there was unfortunately no answer at the time. It looks like it's back out for delivery again today, so hopefully it will be with you very shortly.

Great products and customer service

I order from ECIGONE pretty much every month and have never had any issues. They have a great range of products and delivery is usually really quick.

I recently experienced a delay with the courier, so I contacted customer service and they were incredibly helpful. They responded quickly and had the issue resolved within a matter of hours.

Really impressed with the service and how efficiently everything was handled. Would definitely recommend!
