I'm sorry to see this review, especially as I can see from our support team's communication with you that we did address this before your order was shipped.
Royal Mail's regulations do not permit more than 2 battery devices being sent to your location, and when this was flagged, you agreed to remove 3 of the kits from your order so we could ship the remaining 2. We understand the frustration this causes, but as a business we have to follow the courier's regulations around lithium batteries for their insurance purposes.
This information is displayed on our website, along with the affected postcodes, so I'm sorry if this was missed at checkout.
We'll reach out via email shortly to discuss further, in the hope you'll consider updating the review based on the above, as these really mean a lot to us

1st parcel was delayed
1st parcel was delayed, dpd kept saying it would be with me the next day. Reported this to ecigone who sent a new parcel, royal mail next day delivery without charge.
