I was nervous about the site because I'd never heard of the brand. But 3 day shipping to the states is phenomenal! But their clothing is of great quality! I love it here...

Ease of ordering. Prompt delivery. Soft luxurious feel to garments that fit well and are a great price.

This was my first ever order from ECHT.
Don’t trust their returns/exchange.
Don’t buy from this ECHT.
Sizing is so weird.When you ask to return for a refund, they make it extremely difficult.
They refused to give me my money back and said they would only give me credit. Difficulties and refused to help.
And you need to pay $10 to return it!
Definitely wont recommand Echt Apaprel to anyone.

Great quality and when I got the wrong size the return process to change size was quick , postage timeframes spot on will be shopping with them again 👍👍

I am so so disappointed with ECHT. I waited so long for black friday so that I could finally afford your clothing but the sizes are so wrong. They are not true to what your sizing explains at all. I was saving up so that I could order ECHT and finally get something for myself. The worst is that because I bought sale items I cannot get a refund and if I want to send the package back I have to pay $20. I have to work 5 hrs to pay for the order I placed which was $126 and now on top I have to pay $20 to send the package back to you and then again pay $15 for ECHT to send the right sizes (totalling $160). This order made me really sad and I don’t think I will be ordering again from you.

Ordered for 98€ on their website. Shipment was additionnally 34,95€. Echt Apparel sends my shipment. Shipment returns to them after 2 days because they failed to pass the Australian customs: "declaration was incorrect or incomplete".

They send me an email and ask for additionnal 35€ to resend my order. I answer them that I'm not responsible for their mistake, they should resend it for free or refund me my order in full. Today I see that they refund me only 96,25€. Now I had to open a resolution case on paypal.

Never had problems with Gymshark or Teveo. Definitely wont recommand Echt Apaprel to anyone.

Please do not buy from this company if you live in the U.S. To return an item cost $218 by Fed Ex and $114 by U.S. mail and it’s at your cost. I was shipped the wrong size and paid $40 for a pair of leggings that I cannot return! This is unacceptable service! Buyer Beware!

I have literally just received my third order from Echt.. I hate it.. I must be in between sizes because small is too large and extra small is way too tight.. I am sick of paying so much money in postage to send things back And I have nothing to show.. Looks like these items will be going back to however because I can’t get a refund I am stuck On this merry-go-round

I've made about three purchases from them at this point and it's been perfect every time. I live in western US. (Nv) and while they are in Australia, I get my packages with in about a week to a week and a half every time. They fill and ship orders quickly and I can appreciate that. The products are incredible, I live in leggings and these may be the best. The quality is unmatched, I've never had any problems with their clothing. They look small but stretch perfectly every time and have looked good from when I was up 40lbs and just as good now that I'm down 40lbs in the same pair of leggings. I wear them to work out, hike or just casually. They don't fall apart even after a year of vigorous use and washing. They are esthetically pleasing and have many different styles for different uses. The storm series is the most comfortable for every day use. Insanely soft. 10/10 recommend, promis they are worth every penny.

I have been wearing Echt Apparel for a few years now and the gear is by far my favourite of many brands that I have worn. The fabric is always top-quality, they are long-lasting and squat-proof. I have recommended to several friends and they also love the brand. Postage is always super quick also!

Wow.... this is the first time I've purchased anything from echt. The quality is amazing. Unfortunately my item had some pulling around the pockets. I emailed with photos and had a response almost immediately. By the next morning, my email/ photos were reviewed and a replacement packed and sent the same day ! I've NEVER experienced online service like this. Will 1000% purchase again!

Ordered one pair of flare leggings. I was given one option for shipping which was $25. This shipping method ensured that I would receive my package in 3-5 days. I was home every single day at the times when the package was allegedly brought to the house for a signature. (Which was at 6:55 PM, 7:48 PM and 4:50 PM.) After receiving the first two notifications that I was not home for a signature (I was purposely home every day for this package), I reached out MULTIPLE times to customer care to change my delivery options to “no signature required” but was told that I was not able to make the change. Every email I received was AI, not a real person from ECHT. It is day 7 with no leggings, I just requested a refund so we will see how the matter is handled from here. So disappointed in this entire process.

Fantastic quality and great service! I purchased their thermals for camping and I’m so glad I did. They were comfortable, cozy and sat great under my clothes.

Love the oversize hoodies great material and not heavy, same as the track pants
