I made payments and Echo would send a notice that there were insufficient funds. However, I had money in the account. So they charged me fees because I was late. This happens many times.

Website is terrible to use. Timeframe for things to reflect on the account is also terrible. It won’t allow me now to do an electronic payment.

The purpose of the credit line is to help people and the payments are too high and then it's bi weekly which is not good for most people. So are you really helping ?
