It was really easy to create and share a card for a co-worker. I hadn't done it before and found the process very accessible.

We had a fantastic experience using E card for the card and collection for our headteacher who is retiring. The communication and service I received from Dayana was exceptional and made the process run really smoothly! I’d definitely use them again.

I had issues with the recipient retrieving money from the bank. I thought I sent him the link that was provided but unfortunately i did not.

Lovely selection of cards and so easy to navigate the system, I had a slight problem but Dayan helped me to overcome that and she was so very helpful

EcardForest is a phenomenal site, plenty cards options for all kinds of occasions.

Had a minor issue where I'd accidentally deleted the gift card code but Dayana was incredibly helpful and speedy in recovering this for me! her help was much appreciated :)

The whole set up was really easy - from creating a card, to including a collection pot and sharing access for people to sign/contribute!
The recipient of the card and collection was so impressed with the vast range of vouchers available for them to spend their pot on!
Dayana was also really helpful with super quick responses to any questions! Will be using again!

There is a vast choice of cards for all occasions, so it is easy to find more than one that is suitable for your needs.
Any small issues I've had, I have e-mailed Ecardforest and had a prompt response. They have always resolved my issue in a quick, friendly and efficient manor.

My work colleagues got me a voucher from this company. When selecting a retailer to draft the voucher I picked Adidas. Apparently this was for the Adidas Germany branch only and as I am based in Ireland I cannot ship to my own address, neither use the voucher on the Irish Adidas site. When asked assistance from EcardForest I was told to liaise directly with Adidas, and same with the sports brand. I have been left with no options from both while the money has been pocketed away. No real value from this service provider when customer actual service is needed.

Very quick response from Dayana on my issue.

I organised a leaving card and collection for a colleague who was retiring. EcardForest made it really simple. I was able to share a link to the card with people within my own organisations and those outside which resulted in a wide mixture of touching comments which were really appreciated by my colleague. Dayana at EcardForest was really helpful in sorting out the collection. I was able to opt for getting the money transferred to the colleague (for a 5% processing fee). The other choice was to transfer all of the money onto a gift card.

Really easy to use, lovely selection of cards and friendly and efficient customer service. The ability to contribute to a pot is a great idea and there is nice selection of vouchers. We were buying a specific gift recently so didn't need to use it but I forgot to turn it off. Someone accidentally contributed to the pot, so I contacted ecardforest and they responded and refunded within one day! Super friendly too. Thank you Dayana 🤩

Bought an e-card for a colleague's birthday and it was so easy to set up and share with other colleagues to sign. It also has an auto delivery as well which is handy. The choice of cards is quite varied as well. The highlight will be their customer service for me. I had a small editing issue with the card. Dayana came back to me and helped me to restore the editing permission. Thank you, Dayana!
