Daylight saving confusion – otherwise a good experience
I had a generally positive experience with EBU and appreciate the flexibility and support provided to students.
However, I would like to highlight an issue that may particularly affect international students. As someone based in East Africa, where we do not observe daylight saving time, I was not aware of the time change and unfortunately missed an exam as a result.
To help prevent this in the future, I strongly suggest that the institution sends clear email notifications to all students whenever there are daylight saving time changes that might affect schedules. This would ensure that students in different regions are properly informed and can adjust accordingly.
Overall, I value the institution and believe that improving communication around time changes would significantly enhance the student experience.

The amazing lecturers and discussions that made the lectures so lively. The knowledge was also very strong and made me love every bit. They also make time if you request. No one is put down and if you request for repeat or you say you do not understand the lecturers go back to teach you.

Well structured course.
It was a great experience being in an online class at EBU. I liked the structure of the Units. The Orientation makes you feel at ease because it gives you all you need to know to access the website as well as the course materials. The calender was available to alert you on when you have an upcoming course or Webinar. The classes were never postponed, they took place as scheduled. The timing of the exams were on point as well as the discussion sessions. The instructors were very friendly and patient with us. Also I loved that I was able to interact with different students from different parts of the world especially during the break out discussion rooms. I look forward to undertaking another course in leadership.

Unlearning to learn again in the confort of my house.
I was able to study while mostly travelling , i sat through my evenings and enjoyed the interactive sessions with Madam Bella, and also the strategic Prof , The swiss gentleman. Just allowing myself to unlearn the old ways of leadership and pick on what matters now for a good leader. You have what universities need in the current times especially a mailed certificate.
