I have bought the KIPEO CLOCK from Ebora Home and the design, quality and dimensions from the site had nothing to do with what i received at home. Im waiting to hear from them at the moment for the reimbursment but for now, not a great customer experience vs the value that was paid. By the way, the CLOCK apparently has been removed from the options of the website.
I ordered two items. The day after the order I emailed directly to ask if I could cancel the order because we changed our plans of moving. This was not possible and they are referring tot their policy. A refund was not possible.
I do not agree but fine. I will resell the items. So now I am contacting them for more than two weeks to know when they will deliver the items. No response at all.
I paid over €800 and the communication is 0. No solution is provided.

I have requested a refund 3 times and they have refused despite their refund policy on their website advising that they will reimburse customers in full back to their method of payment. I seriously do not recommend this company and would caution against anyone buying from them.
