Booked a ticket online... 18 hours they sent an email saying the ticket is not available and to call. Call and wait on hold to find out that they do not have tickets at that price went from $491 to $765. Total scam. Stay away.

I recently purchased a flight ticket through Ebooktrip.com, and the price was displayed in Canadian dollars. However, when I called to confirm my booking, they claimed it was in USD instead. Despite having an email confirmation showing the CAD price, they insisted on charging me an additional $300 to issue the ticket. This is a clear scam, and they are likely stealing people's information and credit card details. Avoid this website at all costs!

DEFINITE SCAM: I bought 3 tickets on Aug 27, 2024 for a good price. I got a call the next morning from them saying the price was in US$ and not CAD$. I have a clear email from them quoting and confirming the CAD$ rate. They said that was a glitch in the system and that I have to pay an extra C$304 for them to issue the ticket. The Supervisor I spoke to (Kenny ID# 1063) confirmed there is nothing they can do even though I had already made the booking. Complete scam and cheats! Their commitment has no value. Based on other feedback I have seen, this is a trend. Avoid at all costs.

SCAMMER STAY AWAY!
Step 1) Search for a flight.
Step 2) Find the flight at ok price.
Step 3) Pay for the flight.
Step 4) Get a call stating, "it was a promo by the airlines that's no longer offered".
Step 5) Get told oh its only $ 30 more, well if its ONLY $ 30 more. WRITE IT OFF!
STEP 6) MAKE SURE TO TELL THESE SCAMMERS to cancel the flight and NOT put it on hold!

I had a reasonable experience with ebooking. My booking was delayed because a code couldn't appear in my email inbox. The problem was eventually settled, and the booking was completed without a hitch.

As other people have reviewed it, this website is a SCAM...I got an email saying that they were unable to process the purchase for a $309 roundtrip ticket, they sent two emails with a new rate for the flight, as they went to my junk email, I did not reply, they called me, I was busy...and I thought what they needed was to confirm my info and then the new fare $557 was charged to my credit card...for a flight I initially checked with the same airline and it was $482..scamers!!!!

We discovered our booking from November 2023 had been cancelled due to some credit card verification issue. We were able to get the same flight again for $200 more. We are happy for the help to get it rescheduled and approved
