It's a scam to my opinion, I can't seem to be able to download and peacefully read the ebook I purchased without their stupid app or their stupid api online. I want to read my ebook in any of my devices, without extra apps and more digital clutter. Never again. And, it's all in German. The app also allows book stores limited to a country. So if I selected austria, there's no easy way to use the ebook.de, because there's only effing Thalia. Happy ruined Christmas.

Trustworthy webshop. They have good offers which can be used without tricks or other conditions.

Ebook order was put on hold for two days without further notice. In a call with customer support I found out, they had some problems with my IP (because of the "Freedom App" I use, I think), but wouldn't inform me. The customer attendant got very defensive and finally interrupted me and just told me "Tschüss!". Super rude.

I have ordered Tolino e-reder from them. After two weeks I have still not received anything from them.
They have not replied to my email.
I recommend that you do not buy anything from them, as they are unreliable and their costumer services is poor.
