Very disappointing experience.
I purchased a PearTune MSO 4.0 V2 tuning module from this shop. Unfortunately the unit later developed a fault and I attempted to return it under warranty.
Communication throughout the process was consistently slow, often taking several days to receive a response. When arranging the return I asked if I could send the faulty unit directly back to them, but this was refused. Instead I was instructed to send it to the same parcel forwarding address that was originally used for shipping.
The parcel then became stuck in German customs because the forwarding company cannot deal with customs correspondence. After explaining the situation and asking whether they could consider a small goodwill discount on a replacement unit, communication stopped completely and I received no further response.
While the customs situation itself may not have been their fault, the slow responses, inflexible return process, and ultimately ignoring the customer when trying to resolve the issue made the experience extremely frustrating.
Based on my experience I would strongly recommend caution, particularly for customers outside the EU where returns can quickly become complicated.
