I had one of their towels already but wanted an additional one, the colour I wanted was showing out of stock each time I looked. I contacted the company and got a very swift response letting me know they would be back in stock shortly, a day or two later I received another email to let me know they were now back in stock and I could place my order. Very impressed and product is lovely.
