I ordered an item on the 22/10/10, and nearly 6 weeks later it still has not arrived. After insisting on a refund on the 26/11/10 they have only offered to refund the postage at this time, requesting that I wait until the 1/12/10 to see if item arrives!!!!!!!!!!. Diabolical service, and totally unacceptable!!
I suspect a scam here so BEWARE, - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. STAY AWAY from dealing with these people.
I have a bad experience with this company, bought an item on ebay from virtualvillage and I never got the item, and I get no replay from them when I try to contact them. so my rating for this company is BAD.
Bought a sound activated T-shirt from them, it was cheap and arrived when they said which took a few weeks from china, well packaged.
I bought BMW headlights off eBay. They were totally useless, unable to be certified to be used on the road and needed to be re-wired to fit my car. This is despite their claim that it is a standard replacement for BMWs. The quality of the lights were a joke, cheap Chinese crap. They finally refunded the cost, but I am out of picket for the auto-electrician which cost GBP200.
Ordered a monitor from them which was described as being suitable to watch DVDs. The cost of delivery was over half the cost of the item itself and it took a fortnight to be delivered. They claimed the wrong address had been given - unlikely since I only live at one address. When it arrived, it has no audio capability so is not a lot of use for watching DVDs! They are now refusing to answer my emails and to cap it all, I have been stung for a further £15.59 import duty, as it has been despatched from China. There was nothing on the website (which is a .co.uk site) that I could see to indicate that goods are to be despatched from China and that import duty will therefore be payable. I will be contacting Trading Standards about this lot.
Do not trust this company, ordered goods through their website and through ebay, will notrespond to any of my emails and no status on my order at all.
Have charged my credit card 3 times although they are denying it and are saying have not rcvd payment, have tried to charge my credit card without my consent on 4th occasion, have proof of them charging on statement
