After extensive research of badge makers (reviews, youtube videos etc) ebadges looked to be the best.... and it turns out we were correct. It's well engineered and all but one (possibly user error) of the badges made so far (approx 25) badges made are perfect. It feels very sturdy and built to last. The circle cutter is also excellent.... I guess it's still early days, but we're very pleased.

It's rare and refreshing to find a company so responsive, helpful and HUMAN. I had made an error with one of my badge machine dies and after searching in vain for some troubleshooting online, I turned to e-badges for help. I got a swift response with just the advice I needed and saved myself a lot of money having it repaired/ replaced.
The quality of the parts and the customer service makes this the only company I'll ever use for badge making. Superb.

Unclear instructions, my first badge became stuck. I followed the QR code, and it took me to instructions for the incorrect machine. I called the customer service line, was met with a rude advisor, who blamed me. While using the advice she gave, I sliced my finger on the metal, which went to the bone.
When I told her this, I was told it was my error that caused this, and I would have to pay to have the machine fixed.
Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered the startup kit which was delivered quickly. After a slow start, have made 75 giveaway badges for our event this weekend. So easy and quick once I got the hang of it. Have thought about buying a badge maker for a long time and now am wondering why I hesitated so long. A perfect way to pass a cold wet summer afternoon. Now going to order a larger size so I can make badges to sell in our shop

Very good company to deal with. Quick turn round on orders and excellent response if there is a problem. Will use them again for making fund raising fridge magnets.

I bought a multi badge maker 14 plus years ago for my Brownie unit. We have used it so many times and lent it to several other units.
I can honestly say it’s probably the best thing we have ever bought, our young members love to be creative and as volunteers we appreciate the quality and ease of use.
I have recommended the company to several people and will continue to do so.

Ordered some bottle openers at the weekend for an upcoming event, they were delivered very rapidly! Great communication from ebadges and DPD. Will definately be returning when I need some more!

Can't rate this company highly enough! Brilliant customer service after my badge maker was damaged during my house move. Quick to reply to my enquiry and equally quick repair. A very happy customer.

TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order yesterday around 2pm for 1000 pins for my badges for a Santa event. At the checkout, it gave me the option to pay £9 for next day delivery. I received an e-mail today saying it would be tomorrow. When I asked the customer service whether or not it stated that all orders must be in by 12noon for next day at checkout , she didn't know. I waited while she searched and found out in fine print that it does state before noon.
Very frustrating as she didn't know whether or not there was a statement and I wouldn't have wasted £9 for next day delivery. You have lost a customer over a delivery charge of £9. Please re-train your staff! Never again.

I have not purchased from this company yet, but I have been in contact with them to find out if their badge machines were suitable for my needs.
The customer service is absolutely brilliant - Sam, the operations manager, offered to test my paper in their machines to see if it worked!
I just think this is so helpful and such a contrast to my recent experience with another company. Highly recommend, will update if/when I purchase.

Purchased the Micro Badge Maker kit to do custom pin badges for a Brownie, Guide and Ranger unit. Delivery was really quick, very pleased with the equipment and badges are really easy to produce. Highly recommended!

A well run company. Badge maker works really well and is simple to use. If you're unsure they also have some really good instructional videos on their site. Response to emails same day and really put in a lot of effort which is always nice to see.

The only thing I would possibly have liked is another option for delivery. On their site you get the £9 next day delivery option which is still really good. But I wasnt in a rush for my order so wouldve been happier with a more cost effective option.

Overall though they're brilliant and if you're looking for a badge maker then this is the most trustworthy and reliable option available.

Just purchased the full kit micro badge maker. Super fast delivery. Great quality press. Components (that make up the badge) are much better than I thought they'd be. Support videos on the mark. I'm really impressed and will happily recommend ebadges.co.uk
