After sale of tickets they irresponsible and I have to follow with them multiple times and they don’t courtesy about client time.
When I call them they use to say I will arrange a call back but they never arrange but I have to call again and again, it was very frustrating for me and even Robin is not a customer friendly and supportive

My honest reaction after booking tickets. Tomorrow I have flight and i have some questions they are responding but when i was looking to book tickets they were responding in seconds. So if you buying tickets be prepared they won’t help you at the moment.
