Poor logistics and packaging

I ordered two baking trays. Firstly, they only sent one of the two trays - to their credit, customer service was quick in sending out the second when I contacted them. Secondly, each tray arrived in a huge box with ridiculous amounts of packaging, so having two lots of packaging made this a massively wasteful order and I wouldn’t come back again.

Great cookware

We put in a claim under easiglide lifetime guarantee. 2 saucepans of a set had thinning of the non stick. Sent photos of the pots and the receipt which also had 2 large easiglide pots on there. Easiglide replaced every item on the receipt! Wow what service! Fantastic cookware and company to deal with.

Christmas cake.

This product is not good

This product is not good and should be avoided. The type of finish flakes and chips no matter how well you look after them. The wok has to be used unlike a wok on low heat or else it loses its non stick coating. Rubbish really, poor recommendation by which?

Highly recommended …

I bought 2 Eaziglide cupcake trays in preparation for Christmas day Yorkshire puddings! They were competitively priced compared to some major retailers and were delivered promptly. I am currently replacing all my pots and pans with Eaziglide Neverstick as they are so brilliant. Strong and really are Neverstick.

Poor experience

Warranty process a little laborious. Phots requested which I sent, however photos do not show a handle load sending at the rivets. Waste of my time. I sent a video and warranty was accepted.

You shipped the package and delivery attempted 05/11. It’s now 11/11. Reason? Parcelforce. I checked today wondering where the package was. Tracking shows attempted delivery however no card through door, no SMS or email. Useless. Apparently the package is at a post office. Change your courier - Parcelforce are one of the worst. Not a very good experience.

Amazing Company

Amazing Company!

We had some issues with a set from a wedding present from 5 years ago. They were amazing and replaced them even though we had no proof of purchase (wedding gift). Love the pans. Love the company!

Five star customer service

I was having a problem with my easziglide saucepans there were stains on the inside of them which would not come off .
I contacted there customer service team via email and Victoria was the Customer Service Controller that was allocated to the case and after a couple of very pleasant emails and photos I sent in , I must say the out come was extremely positive.

issue with a relatively new pan!

I had an issue with a relatively new pan, I contacted customer service and from the start to the finish with my new pan arriving quickly as a replacement I couldn’t be happier. the service was excellent, great customer service skills and communication, the staff were great on email and efficient and now I have a shiny new pan, I would highly recommend them and their pans, great service. The packaging was eco but super robust so very pleased all round.
