Don't bother

Placed a first order for superfood pouch special offer price on regular subscription totalling £23.95. 2 days later received an email to say they had cancelled my order but not yet refunded as no stock 🤔 Went on my account on website to see when would be available & it was still showing as available to order!!
Emailed customer service to request immediate refund as should be done as soon as order was cancelled. ...Needless to say still waiting. Subscription cancelled
