No accountability for damaged goods
I ordered a handmade flower press from this company. The item arrived in a broken box with minimal protective packaging. Metal screws were included without proper insulation against the wood. There were scratches and indentations marring the press.
When I reached out, the company first blamed me for the shipping method I selected- an option they provided. When I sent photos of the physical damage, they refused to take accountability claiming the indentations were 'natural variations in the wood.'
As a professional in this field, I know the difference between wood grain and impact damage. I cannot recommend a company that lacks accountability and instead chooses to insult the customer's intelligence. Avoid if you value craftsmanship and professional standards.
