Me & My kids can eat some wonderful snacks that the ingredients on the back & front are actually real & trustworthy!! They are freaking delicious better than sour patch kids or any other gummy product! The Attorney General should be apprised of Shameless's business practices. It is virtually impossible to cancel a subscription by using their website. Total shady *AND* if you choose to return your (unwanted) order, they not only charge you the return postage, but have the gall to tack on an additional $9.95 return fee! The product is ok, but I would NEVER purchase from them again because of their business practices...
They truly are Shameless -- and not in a good way.

My boyfriend Eric Leidinger put in an order for a product we actually would have probably bought again and often. But the hidden subscription sending an abhorrent number of candy bags to our door at an almost comical frequency. Charging him over a hundred dollars when he tried to get just one bag. He tried to cancel and tried to contact customer service but surprise no answer. This is predatory DO NOT BUY

While I think the snacks are okay, trying to cancel the subscription was a nightmare. About 10-15 emails and my order was still shipped after plenty of notice. I was told it couldn't be returned. Even thought he shipping was clearly their fault. I also plan on letting the Better Business Bureau know about their tactics.

Took almost a month to receive the order. Than after the order arrived it was missing quite a few items. Definitely not worth the hassle. Not to mention all the extra stuff or addons is just a joke. Those didn’t come either. Beware!

There were three small bags missing from my order, and I only received a response about the second shipment after leaving an honest review. Again, it shouldn’t take that just to get a response.
After spending approximately $250, I expected a much smoother experience. This has been frustrating and disappointing, and not a company I’m willing to support moving forward.”

Today marks 2 weeks since my order and I still have not received my product.
It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to cancel recurring orders. You cannot do it through logging in on the website. To cancel, there is A VERY tiny link in the ORIGINAL email they sent.
I've received a promotional email almost every day since my order. They spam you over and over.
Terrible company.

I placed a one-time order, and they made it into a recurring autopay. I was stunned when they said they were shipping another order at the end of February. I immediately reached out to customer service, telling them I didn't like their product and I would never have placed the order. I received an AI reply that said the order was placed on February 28 and was in process. I replied again, stating that I didn't place that order. After some digging, I discovered that they had put me down for autopay through PayPal. I turned that off right away, and I am now trying to return the product, but no one has replied to any of the three emails I have sent.

Rating 2 stars, so you know I'm trying to be fair. Products are good straight up. I'd recommend them for health.
What is terrible is their sneaky way of subscribing you into their monthly purchases. Nowhere did I ever click the checkbox for subscription. So either their website developers are inept or the business is enforcing subscriptions on people.
Now, I did get a subscription notice email, very late, only a few days before it would ship the next batch and charge me.
Their customer service is oddly unresponsive via email or phone when it comes to cancelling. I have receipts of email sent and phone calls to cancel yet they didnt process it until the next week after the subscription charge kicked in. But they're very responsive when you try to ask for anything not related to costing them money. They even have a claim that they'll get back to you in "24-48 hours".
Don't buy their generic PR trying to reply to each of the comments. I see I was not the only victim of this subscription. I would've been a lifelong customer if it weren't for this. Back to fiber pills I go.

I placed my order with Shameless Snacks on February 19, 2026. On March 3rd I inquired on the company website about delivery of my package. I was sent a tracking link that took me to an Amazon Shipping page that said my order would be delivered "imminently", which tells me nothing. So I checked the link again today to see that it was delivered on March 10 to the wrong address, as shown in the photo provided. I tried calling Shameless - the automated message states that they are not open (at 11am on a Thursday?) and "do not leave a voicemail". Pretty shady! So I called Amazon, and they said that they cannot help me with getting a refund or having my order shipped again. They told me that I need to contact Shameless. Really? Amazon is responsible for delivering my package to the wrong address! Do NOT order from Shameless because they do not handle their own shipping and Amazon will not take responsibility for delivering their products.

Placed an order on February 27th. Still waiting for the items to arrive. They were separated into 2 shipments, one with UniUni and the other with Amazon shipping. Neither can give me any other info other than the order is "in transit" or "a label was created". Meanwhile, you're sending a ton of emails to (1) become an affiliate? and (2) to use a coupon that expires in a few days. I haven't even gotten the darn items yet and tasted them - why would you give me a coupon that expires so quickly? Very frustrated so far - not happy. Hoping to get the items soon. (FYI - I'm in NJ and they were apparently in NY 5 days ago!)

Mistakenly suckered into a subscription. I’ve sent emails, filled out forms, requested cancellation. They still bill and ship… it’s been over $100 in unwanted, unauthorized charges and the stuff won’t stop. I’m having to file disputes now. Beware ordering.

People should read these reviews before even attempting to purchase. This is a scamming, borderline criminal company.
They set you up a subscription as default with no receipt - that I can deal with even though it's bad business practice. But the portal to cancel the subscription is glitchy and difficult to navigate. It didn't work on chrome because the submit button is hidden by the bottom menu tab. I eventually managed to get the cancellation submitted on the desktop site and got a pop-up confirming the cancellation 4 days before the next order.
I wake up to find they have charged my card despite this. This is illegal and I will be reporting this as fraud. They can respond to as many reviews they like pretending that the subscription was clear or that it can be cancelled via the portal, and that they can be contacted by chat or email - these are all lies. They do not let you cancel and they do not respond using customer service.
Do not use this fraud company and contact your bank or credit card and report these transactions as illegal.

Aggressive, deceptive marketing... they're "on sale" but it's the final sale, ending today. Every. Day. Deceptive check out where they swamp you with offers and it's hard to tell if you've accidently added something....I finally have up and thought I'd ended the transaction, but it went through. Though it's been 9 days and still hasn't shipped. It feels so shady, supposedly a labels been created the last 2 days, but not really.

The candies taste pretty good, but I wouldn't order again. I placed a one-time order and *specifically did not click on "subscription" when I ordered*. They signed me up for a subscription anyway and charged me a month later for another order. No matter what the company says, there was no option on their website to delete the subscription status they pushed on me without my consent. That is shady.
It took multiple emails for me to get off their subscription list and get a refund before they sent any more orders out to me.
But the hassle wasn't worth it. I won't be ordering from them again.

The candy is good but the website is HORRIBLE. I signed up for a subscription for a discount. They list all over the checkout process that you can cancel or pause at any time through the account portal. When I went to cancel I could not find the button to do. I looked very closely across multiple browsers (and it's a tiny website) but I could not find it. I emailed customer support to have them cancel my subscription and they wasted my time by sending me another email asking if I was "sure". I emailed back I was sure but they never replied and uh oh my subscription payment was processed and shipped. Amazing.
I did eventually find the button a few days later. (I went looking again because support STILL has not replied to my email confirming to cancel) Maybe it was temporarily bugged? Maybe I just missed it? Either way I feel I was tricked. It should have been a lot more obvious, and they should have cancelled my subscription the first time I emailed asking them to.
The checkout process is just absolutely chock full of dark patterns. They make you click through like 10 upsells before finally letting you check out. It's just a very sketchy and absurd website. The candy is honestly good though - just never buy from their website directly.

Just to echo previous reviews, DO NOT ORDER from this company. They buried a subscription in my order which didn't show on my receipt or email. The delivery then turned up over a week late.
Even though I logged into the portal (which by the way they make as difficult as possible with buttons not showing up on the mobile version), cancelled the subscription and got a "Subscription successfully cancelled" message 3 days ago, they have still charged me. Of course their customer service is non-existent and does not respond either by email or chat.
In short, if you order anything from them, they will sneak in a subscription, make it extremely difficult to cancel with their glitchy, hard to navigate "portal", and even if you do manage to cancel they will continue to charge you. These unauthorized charges constitute a scam and it seems the only way is to report the charges as fraudulent to your bank.
