Quality control way down.
So, the website is tricky, and it tricked me again into a subscription, so watch it!!! I tried to cancel RIGHT AWAY but they said I couldn't. When I thought I had cancelled, I created a new order (by mistake obviously), so I just got a delivery of 12 packs of plain bagels, and I just had to microwave the first one I opened to soften. Ummmm, not ok. The quality control has gone wayyyyy down. NOT OK. Having to microwave a "fresh" bagel??? NOT OK.
