My daughter convinced me to try this program and now being on it for 3 weeks, I’m thrilled with the changes I’m seeing. I lost 4.5 kg the pain I had between my hip and thigh has gone which is hard to believe cause I had it for 6 years. Till this day I’m not believing I don’t feel it anymore. I include the EBS workouts in my gym routine: it’s easy because you don’t need a lot or fancy equipment, and you can select a shorter or longer mat workout. I usually follow this with 30-40 minutes of brisk walking on the treadmill, and afterwards I feel like I have done a proper workout (even from these simple and easy to follow movements, the burn is real!!)

I suffered from (at times debilitating) IBS for 20 years and tried absolutely everything. At one point I was falsely diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. My hormones were imbalanced, I was very intolerant to gluten, my skin was unpredictable. Because of the hormonal imbalance, and because I wanted to try to get pregnant, I decided to try the app, as I have been following the Instagram account for a while at that point. I felt a change in my skin and digestion within two weeks and within two months, I got pregnant. I continue to use the recipes and guidelines less religiously now but my body is still so much more balanced just from a change of mindset and lifestyle. The IBS is almost not an issue anymore, which is astonishing. It was truly a gut issue

At first, I thought I was suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, but over the years it got worse… gluten intolerance, chronic inflammation leading to muscle injuries, acne, sleep issues, and even mood disorders in the end. I barely could recognise myself...
After trying dozens of diets and programs, I was literally desperate.
A friend told me about this program… I started in November, and this week I ate my favorite dessert without getting sick, even though I’ve been gluten-free for 4 years.

I've been a member of the platform for the past 5 years.
This isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle that completely changes how you think about health, healing and balance. I've learned so much about inflammation, mindset and how to probably support the body through nutrition and lifestyle.
My son is a tennis pro, and he's followed the injury protocols many times, they've helped him recover faster and get back to training feeling stronger and more focused everytime. The results speak for themselves.

I wish that people don’t wait until they become ill or feeling like they need help to join the lifestyle platform. This platform is a teaching a good lifestyle and is beneficial for the healthy person as much as it is for people who turn to Yalda for help.
I have no known to me health problems but have been lacking motivation/purpose/energy after having my baby and I found it all back by joining and following you!

I have lost 4 stone following Yalda's Eat Burn Sleep plan. The information is clear, informative and so helpful and it makes sense. I am healthier, my food cravings have gone and I have found a plan for life. I was addicted to carbs, sugar, pasta, bread - you name it, but have weaned myself off all of these following the plan and my whole body shape has changed. I look back at pictures of myself before I started and you can SEE the inflammation all over my body. I am 61 and have never been fitter. This works! I started the in 1st of september by the 2 first weeks of the six weeks reset. Then I took the liver detox for one week and then I went back for the fourth week of the reset.
I started very bloated with an important liver inflammation and an oedem.
at the end of the fourth week, I lost 1,7 kg and I’m not bloated anymore. I think I lost all my water retention.
I feel much better in my body, and I gain back a lot of energy!
The fact that he gives a lot of recipes is so helpful. I did a lot of them and even my husband and kids liked them.
I still have three weeks to go and I hope I will be able to lose another 1.5 kg .
