Quality purchases.
As a member since 2019 I have always been delighted with my boxes. I had to cancel receiving boxes last year due to high rate of exchange. Since cancelling I have purchased an Artist DP as well as the 2022 Calendar. Once again I find the items are excellent quality.

Wasn’t happy with December box was sent replacement for it and of course not exactly what I was expecting and it took over a month to receive both of them I would not recommend your company to anyone I get what I want from Amazon way faster and less expensive

Super easy company to deal with. Great for ordering custom pictures, even sized up my picture for free so it would look the best. Shipping was okay, but I highly recommend and will be ordering again.

So far not a good experience with customer service
So far not a good experience with customer service. I have contacted them several times to correct a mistake I made on my account. They have responded that is corrected but it is not. I have also had several emails with them about my custom print and it looks like everything is good and they said they are shipping my order. Then I get an email asking for me to upload my image. To say that I'm frustrated is putting it mildly!

Very nice people to order from. Good quality.
Painting are bright and easy to read . Dotzs are very nice. Shipping can be a little slow, but gives time to finish the one I’m working on. If I have a problem I text them and they answer right away no waiting. They will fix any problems you have very fast . I will order from this company again.
