Stay away!!
Since our account manager Chris left the company, Easywaste has gone seriously downhill for us. We operate multiple sites with them, all originally signed on through Chris, who was an excellent and reliable account manager.
Unfortunately, since his departure, every one of our sites has experienced ongoing collection issues. Missed and inconsistent pickups have become the norm, causing significant operational disruption. We’ve had to put in extra labour and even pay external contractors to carry out collections that Easywaste was contracted to provide.
What was once a dependable service has turned into a constant headache. Based on our experience across multiple locations, we would not recommend Easywaste.

We’ve been using Easywaste for over six months now and honestly, the service has been great. They collect our waste regularly, and if they ever miss by mistake, all it takes is a quick message and they sort it out within a day. The best part is their customer support — super friendly, professional, and easy to reach on WhatsApp. They even follow up afterwards to make sure everything’s sorted. Definitely recommend them!
