Its extremely good value, with great build quality and attention to detail. You may not find a similar bike for the price anywhere else. The seat works good for myself, but may not suit everyone. I am more than happy with my purchase.
Within the first 10 rides the right pedal and broke and I had to get (under warranty) a new shank and pedal. The gears are noisy and clunky and hard to use most of them so I use 3-4 speeds only. A Kmart or BigW bike would be cheaper and better - I should've bought one there again
Hi all, I recently purchased the: Easytry Rexi R2 27.5"x18" Disc Brake, Hardtail MTB Black/Blue Bike. There was an issue with a slightly buckled front wheel. After MANY to and fro emails, they finally sent a replacement wheel.The Bike is now good and is a pleasure to ride. A word of advice though: If you are a male, you will need to purchase a new seat, as the seats are terrible, and WILL cause you much pain. I rode it once, and I was in pain for a week. Put my old seat on, and all good now!!!!
We purchased two bikes at the same time. The seats are very uncomfortable so we have had to purchase additional seats from a third party. The front tyre on my partners bike has a slow leak from day one so we have also had to get that replaced.
Its unfortunate that we have had to spend more money on top of the original cost just to be able to use the bikes.
The bikes were easy to put together and shipping was fast, but the tracking did not work.
We hope to get good use out of the bikes this summer and are looking forward to using them.
