Worst storage facility ever
Worst storage facility ever.
Staff rude and helpful. Had to chase for a refund on a return.
Access Monday to Friday only and with two days not 48 hours notice - and just one hour slot to empty a very full pod.
Emails are never replied to and phone at facility (beyond the m25 - they lied and said it was in Croydon and that access was 7 days a week) is never answered.
Tried to book access on line on a Sunday, was just going to confirm, page refreshes and the Wednesday is not available (having just confirmed rental van) on a Sunday.
If you book a return or access check confirmation emails because their IT system is not fit for purpose.
Worst storage facility ever.

We had the pleasure of having Darren, George and Barry assist us in our move today, and like the first time we booked them, they were extremely helpful, cheerful and uncomplicated.

Very helpful
Very helpful, friendly guys who even helped to pack some further boxes when needed. The guys where with us for as long as they were needed and didn't rush us when further packing required.

Reliable Friendly and Efficient
My late brother’s belongings needed to be stored for a good few months, they were picked up with care and have been delivered back in exactly the same way. Stored perfectly with no damage.
The team of guys for delivery Barry , Godfred and Tyler were great, friendly, caring and managed some tricky items.
For storage the company is pretty reasonable, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company or their very helpful teams I have met to date.
My only small gripe is some (not all)of the call customer service people I have spoken to could be a little more friendly and sound less like they want the call to end. But this does not change my rating of 10/10, Thank you. I will be recommending.

Really happy with the service and impressed with the size of the units. I’d originally booked 2 x 35sq feet but everything fit in one and was told they’d refund for the second. All very straightforward. Lee, Adrian & Kaiel were great, very efficient and helpful. Explained everything well and made it stress free. Highly recommend the service.
