Los subtítulos son fieles al audio original casi en su totalidad

Soy cliente de esta web desde hace unos meses y la verdad es que los subtítulos son francamente buenos con una tasa superior al 95% de acierto (siempre hay un pequeño margen de error lógicamente).

Además el proceso no lleva un tiempo excesivo y la atención al cliente vía mail es rápida y muy buena.
Quizás los precios son un poco elevados, pero si eres cliente habitual te hacen descuentos especiales. No obstante tampoco esperes subtitular archivos muy largos, más bien es para necesidades puntuales o archivos cortos (unos 20 min está bien).
