The skip was easy to order and pay for, however, the communication stopped there. There is nowhere on their website to request a collection or a telephone number to contact them.

Hello Mrs Ingham. Please can you double-check your records as we don't believe you placed this order with us. There is no record of your order on our system and we have had a lot of negative feedback lately from customers, who have in fact, used a different company with a similar name to us. Unfortunately we are a different company and we pride ourselves on our customer service.
