Haven't had the vape juice I have previously purchased. Every time someone says no not yet. Still coming I'm told.

Absolutely horrible! Avoid!
I purchased a large package online from them in mid February before the ban came in and should have arrived beforehand if delivered on time. Never arrived and took months before they gave me a proper update only to tell me it’s getting sent back to them and I been trying to get a refund since and they just give the run around. Terrible customer service and still no resolution. Beware.
Update: January 2025, no update since September and still no refund.

I understand your frustration, but we did our best to communicate the legal changes and work with you throughout this process. Many products have been destroyed over the months due to this legal shift. While we strive to provide the best service possible, the situation with vape products was made clear prior to your order, and the legal responsibility ultimately falls within the bounds of these new regulations.
