The Eiffel Tower tickets were sold out by the time I wanted to buy them but luckily for me Easy Pass Tours offers skip-the-line tickets. They are twice the price of booking directly with the Eiffel Tower but are worth it if you aren't able to get your own tickets.

The small group Eiffel Tour with Easy Pass was FUN, educational, and a delightful way to spend our first evening in Paris. Justin, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. The weather was perfect and it was breathtaking to view Paris at sunset and then at night while he pointed out all the landmarks and shared stories and history. Being able to skip the first two lines saved hours of time. Going to the summit we did wait in line, but talked with interesting people from South Africa and Scotland.

We were easily able to change tours and tickets.

Our tour was fantastic, but I wonder if the audioguide the museum uses would have been just as good for half the price.

We did not have to wait in line for even one minute we were right into the VIP line and onto the lift to the top floor. this was great as were were on a cruise boat and had limited time to spend in Paris.Would highly recommend this tour. Thank you once again.

We took 3tours from EasyPass while in Paris. The first of Eiffel Tower was wonderful. So signed up for Notre Dame and Versailles. Tour 2 was delayed an hour waiting for guests ( turned out to be the owners). We had shown up on time/early as demanded by booking card. Everything fine after . For Versailles, "the computer " had allowed bookings for 2 more persons than the guide had been given tickets. We waited another hour while this was sorted out then the tour was a mad rush. All in all stressful. However when I made a reasonable letter of complaint, I received an apology and a full refund for tour #3......at about 150€ not insignificant . Now that's the way to do business. I was surprised but pleased. Would use them again .

During the purchase of eiffel tower tickets, i was offered addon river seine cruise at €10 per pax. I clicked accept but the total bill debited and ticket does not indicate the river seine cruise offer. What happen?

The tour definitely exceeded my expectations.

I did not feel as though this really helped to lessen the line load. I have been on other tours and we just walk right in no what of any kind. This tour you will wait with other "line jumpers" and co-mingle with regular ticket buying individuals. Not sure this is worth the extra money.

Worth spending the extra money to get to the front of the queue at the Eiffel Tower. Before we left, all the staff were really friendly, chatting with all of us including our kids. Our guide has some cool facts about the Tower. Would definitely recommend and would use again if we were back in Paris.

If you want to see the Eiffel Tower, have a guided tour from an informed guide, and skip the line, then this tour is for you! Our guide, Sonja, was so informative about the history of the Eiffel Tower and Paris and France! She patiently answered all of our questions. If you are even slightly considering a tour, you'll want to book with Easy Pass. Oh and one more thing, you'll meet at their office near the tower where you can use their restrooms and get a cheap bottle of water. Clean restrooms and cheap water are not that easy to come by in Paris, believe me! Book it!

We purchased tours to the Eifflel Tower and D'Orsay Museum mainly as a way to avoid the lines. The guides we had did an excellent job adding to our understanding and appreciation to these visits. Our main complaint was that we never got a conformation email telling us where and when to meet up with the tour and could not reach the office by phone. Our hotel tried and also could not get an answer by phone. This made it necessary for us to find the office and go there a day in advance so we would know what to do. The first office we went to, although part of the same company, was the wrong one and they sent us to another office.

We had a great tour with Victor from Easy pass tours to the Eiffel Tower . It ran smoothly and victor was informative and fun ! I would definitely recommend this tour company and will use them again.

Structured involving and entertaining.

I think that there is a little time to see the gardens in Versailles. The tourist guide (Martin) a good guy but goes too quickly and wanting to end quickly. Price vs service was poor. What I suggest is to have more time in the gardens to enjoy, take pictures and more time to know more about the gardens .

We booked the tour as we wanted to skip the queue and couldnt get the direct tickets online. We felt it was quite expensive for Eiffel Tower Tickets but really wanted to avoid the queues, so went ahead with the booking anyway. However, we were pleasantly surprised, it was very well organised, our guide, Ellen was excellent and kept us all interested even in the wind and rain. Our 7 year old also enjoyed listening to the information which was interesting and really added to the experience. I would highly recommend.

We had our trip to the Eiffel Tower on 27th May 2014 at 1pm. The offices were easy to locate and the staff very helpful. Together, we walked (5 minutes) with our guide to the group entrance, bypassing the already very lengthy queues and in a short time were on our way to the summit where you have outstanding views of Paris. We were free to take our time and explore levels 2 & 3 (Summit) at our leisure.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Easy Pass Tours.
