To pick up the car they took 55 minutes. They lost the car in the south terminal and then said that we asked for the car to be delivered there.
We just followed the instructions they gave us to wait in the north terminal.

Even more, our clients do not have to leave the car key!

What a terrible experience!
What a terrible experience. I waited over 1.5hrs for my car to arrive.
I called the mobile number no less than 25 times and the call never went through, it was impossible to speak with someone.
Another customer next to me was told that they had lost his keys and they couldn't find them! We had been waiting for over 3hrs!

Long weekend out of Rome
If you leave Rome just for a few days the price of the car park is very competitive vs taxi, shared car or even train. It’s also easy to get to the terminal by a shuttle bus that is fairly frequent.

Good value.
We found the long stay (sosta lunga) to be good value and relatively easy to use. Paying in advance and number plate recognition meant there was no ticket to lose after a long flight. Shuttle buses were regular and not at all crowded. A bit difficult at the arrivals terminal to find the parking shuttle bus stop (as opposed to the hotel shuttle which seems to be much more prominent). We guessed the 2 were different and so carried on walking left (as we had been directed at information desk) until we came to the stop marked parking shuttle.
