Very easy to arrange online and I used TelePass to enter and exit with no problem. I added the TelePass number in the booking with no difficulty. The site indicated multiple available parking spaces and this was not accurate, so that was a bit challenging. Otherwise, the experience was positive.

The parking sites (B, C and D) are very convenient, and much appreciated.
The charging rates are acceptable if a little high.
The green and red lights shown the parking floors being full or still have free parking spaces are not correct. for example, the 5th floor on building B indicated there are free spots but they were not.
similarly on other floors.
It would be nice to have a confirmed, guaranteed spot (showing the building number, the floor and the spot number) once an on-line booking and payment is made. this reduces the stress level spending a lot of time trying to find an available spot on all three buildings (B, C and D). Last, the between-the-floor ramps are very steep when they meet the floor below resulting on low cars front spoiler hitting the floor.

The parking structures were over filled, many cars parked along the driving lanes. 1st tried B then had to move to D, only spaces on top level.

Very helpful staff who spoke much better english than our Italian. Very good service.

Fair prices and the best part? You arrive, park, return, collect your car, and leave without having to insert a ticket into a machine or anything. Thank you for simplifying our lives.

The on line booking was very simple. I had German plates, so the automatic plate recognition didn't identify my car, but I scanned the QR code provided with the registration and received my parking ticket. Exiting two weeks later was quick and easy as well.

ADR needs to somehow track how many spaces are available before one enters the garage. I entered structure B and found no spaces available on any of the floors and many cars were parked in unmarked spaces

12-29/2025: I did drive all the way to the top (roof) level and up and down the aisles on every floor twice - no spots anywhere in B

It was pretty easy to do. I just needed to pick a time, location, and find my Telepass number which was the hardest part! Thanks for making this process so easy!

Mi mancano le hostess

Booking process was easy with good directions for the parking area. It was very full so we were concerned if there was a space, we found one eventually.
Ticket received when entering said 'Booking with reservation' however we had issues at the barrier when leaving and had to get assistance.
