Pas på denne uheldigt designede app!!
Efter 3 på hinanden følgende parkeringer (samme sted samme dag) kom jeg ( i min travle arbejdssituation ) UFORVARENDE og UDEN AKTIVT AT VÆLGE OG BEKRÆFTE SKIFT AF KØRETØJ til at skifte til et andet registreringsnummer, jeg har lagret i app'en.
Under den fjerde forlængelse samme sted samme dag, var det dermed UFRIVILLIGT pludselig den FORKERTE bil, jeg betalte for.... resultatet blev desværre en P-afgift, som EasyPark selvfølgelig på ingen måde er interesserede i at kompensere for.
Efter jeg har skrevet denne anmeldelse vil EasyPark formentlig skrive at de har fuld forståelse med mig, men at jeg altid kan klage til P-kontrol-selskabet, der har udstedt afgiften.
Ikke mere EasyPark app til mig i denne omgang. Tak.

Watch out for this badly designed app
After 3 consecutive parking (same place the same day due to prolonged work) (in my busy work situation) UNINTERRUPTED and WITHOUT ACTIVELY SELECTING AND CONFIRMING CHANGE OF VEHICLE to change to another registration number I have stored in the app.
During the fourth extension in the same place on the same day, it was therefore suddenly the wrong car I paid for .... the result was unfortunately a parking ticket, which EasyPark is obviously not interested in compensating for.
After writing this review, EasyPark will probably write state that they fully understand my situation, and that i can file a complaint with the company that issued the parking fine.
No more EasyPark app for me at this time. Thanks.

I have constant problem with the timing on app as starting it it before time finish itself.
In this case I had screenshot of parking and time lines to prove it and my locations on present times..
But easy park did not review my screenshot proves of locations.
Also even stopping the app it continues counting after the set time.
Also proved by screenshot but no respond on that.
In this case could not start a new parking but had to delete the app an reinstall it.
Even next days same problems as app started an extra parking even I was 100 kilometers away.

No response again but nicely charged.
So I recommend if using easypark then take always screen shot of you starts and stops and time line.
It's an hassle not needed but many errors on parking so I warning users to check all there parkings
I hope easy park will do an effort to review my last 12 mails with screenshot of parkings and payments.
But seams they don't do as easy short answers.
Please easypark do the effort to clean up the app errors

The answer is an flat reply as easy app called me as confirmation on all issues and reviews on my 12 emails
They did promise to look into the parking times and time lines and screenshots of all my parkings.
It's sad that one person nicely calls to nicely help and person which reply on the reviews are totally neutral in answering
They should do a bit of communication
So Mr review please set yourself into the situation before writing an answer

The app choose the wrong spot cost me 3 hours of parking and a ticket of DKK750 useless !
I was supposed to check some kind a number which I didn't know where to find and I didn't even know about the number before I called the support which was to no help at all
simply said not our fault you don't know how the app works
And when i read other people's reviews I can see they give personalized responses to high ratings and copy paste to low ratings
Unprofessional....

Automatic CameraPark got me into fines!
I activated CameraPark couple of months ago on the app as we drive to fields weekly, it worked fine few times so we stopped double checking, until yesterday where I received two fines from fields due to unpaid parking!!!
Checked easy park, it is still active, but it didn't register/pay the last two visits .. I wonder if it is fair that I pay for it :(
Edit: I wrote easy park, and it seems CameraPark wasn't enabled for my account at the time of the fines. it seems i got mixed up .. pumping up my rating from 1 to 4

Crazy story: I have to park today in one of the APCOA/Europark p-hus on Dampfærgevej in Copenhagen... but, there are 2 APCOA/Europark parking places on that street, and Easypark registered me in the wrong one. The result is that I payed for my car park (at the same price) and got an 800dkk fine! Thanks so much Easypark - I should not have to pay for that fine!! (especially since you and APCOA/Europark are also getting my parking payment)

Be very carefull using the app´s "Share your location with us and we will find the right parking area for you."
Received a 510 DKK fine - because the app messed up the area code with the one on the opposite side of the street.
Of course, the explanation from easy park support was : The customer is responsible and it is costumers phone's GPS locating the car. Futhermore you should allways double check the areacode on the parkingmachine - then I might as well pay by the machine :-(
I will definately go back to the oldfashion way.

All the app does is charge 15% extra for your parking and easily earns you a fine of 795kr, because it messes the area code with the one on the opposite side of the street.
Of course, the default excuse will be that the customer is responsible and it is his phone's GPS signal that was wrong, though that GPS guides me around Europe without any problems. And also when launching the App it says "Share your location with us and we will find the right parking area for you." So how come you don't have any responsibility afterwards?
And it is also awkward when the first hour was paid to the wrong area code. And then I started new parking without moving the car and the code was correct, but the EuroPark would of course not reimburse me for paying for parking already having a fine on my windshield.

You have to be extremely careful when choosing the right parking location. I got a fine for parking in a spot where the app display confusing information.

As other have experienced, Easy-Park's App is not always working. I have had the same experience where the App stopped the parking time two minutes later and got the ticket in Copenhagen. The county parking department confirmed that they have no agreement with Easy Park whatsoever. This means in reality that Easy Park is basically useless and will most likely increase the chance to get a parking ticket instead of helping one not to. I have been in contact with you guys from Easy Park and of course you don not take any responsibility and send me back to the parking department... what a surprise.... Playing the usual ball game with customers ( back and forth to Københavns kommune) is not my game. Life is too short. I would therefore strongly recommend ParkMan which does have an agreement with Københavns Kommune and even if one has to pay 10% of the parking charge, at least one does have the assurance that it is working and accepted by authorities.

Warning the Easy Park App Doesn’t Work Properly. You can still get a ticket. The cursor is not registering your location and parking people do not see it as been paid. Even if you parked properly and paid for it, you can still get a 900kr. fine as I did. I contacted the customer service and sent them a copy of my ticket but they said it was not their responsibility and they would not refund my ticket and wished me a very nice Monday. This is unbelievable! Obviously neither me, my friends or my extended family will never use that Easy Park App for parking. Please be aware of it too.

It is unbelievable that you are still blaming me for getting the ticket. The car license number and location was correct. You got copies of that. Your app is not working properly and you are blaming the customers for using it. Sooner or later you will go out of business.
I am sure you have seen the reviews and comments online. I am not the first one to complain about the ticket.

I would never recommend anyone this app! I have used it to pay for parking in Copenhagen, only to return to my car to find a fine of 510DKK!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! I was apparently in parking that was only allowed to stop for 1 hour, without possibility of extending the period even if paying. I would have known that if A. the app let me know and B. if they did not allow me to pay for more! This is absurd! You should correct your settings to not scam more users and honestly pay me back for the fine.
